Dr. Sheron Keyes, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, CARN-AP, APN-C, LCADC, is a triple board-certified advanced practice nurse with decades of clinical experience in behavioral health, public health systems, and clinical leadership.

Her board certifications span psychiatric mental health nursing, family nursing, and addiction nursing at the advanced practice level. She also holds advanced credentials in alcohol and drug counseling. Her clinical expertise includes psychiatric evaluation, medication management, addiction treatment, patient education, and integrated behavioral health care.

Dr. Keyes served as MACC Director (Medicaid District Director) for several New Jersey counties. In this role, she managed staff, assisted with audits of mental health and substance use disorder facilities, and helped develop Medicaid policies and procedures. She has also practiced in emergency and urgent care settings, managing patient care across a wide range of medical and behavioral health conditions.

She is the owner and founder of Keyes to Wellness, where she provides medication management and therapy services. Her experience also includes advanced practice nursing in behavioral health care settings and teaching as an adjunct professor in a master’s-level nursing program.
